I applied for a creditcard with Bob's Furniture Discount. At the store, I asked the person if I would not have any problems contacting the credit card company.
I made an extra payment and I am trying to get my money back. I been trying to speak with someone for three days and I cannot get someone on the phone. Wellsfargo creditcard is the worse.
The automated system does not have many options and and I am pissed! This morning, I woke up just to called again and I continue to hear the words "Please, wait while a customer representative can assist you".
