I put a specific amount in my one checking account to make a payment on Wells Fargo Dealer Services and, unlike other websites, it does not show that you owe nothing at this time and your payment is being processed. So, they tried to hit me up for two payments because I thought the payment did not go through.

Thus, I got hit with an insufficient funds from my bank that reviewed it with me and gave me back the amount of the fee. Wells Fargo Customer Support said that they could not cancel the second payment and will look to collect. I told them I was not going to make the payment and that they need to fix their web page. I let them know that it was totally unacceptable and I was not going to pay it.

All the supervisor said is, "You are aware of it now?" as a way of negating what I said to cover their as--. She said that she will certainly let her superiors know. I can see why they are in a lot of trouble with lawsuits and consumers. I have never seen such incompetence and disregard for their customers.

They are disgraceful. So much for customer service and trying to ensure you keep your customers happy and returning.
