They changed their online banking and it's awful. If it isn't broke don't fix it.

When I called to complain they were rude and he said they can change the Web site anytime, seems like they don't care what the customer wants. #DONE WITH WELLS FARGO.

Going to leave wells Fargo. They have done to much wrong now

I agree. We are also leaving after 30 years of banking with Wells Fargo.

The old legacy online version was easy to use. This version is not consumer friendly--it looks like a first draft of an online banking system.

We do a lot of online banking with our business, and we will not waste our time with this system--better to move now. Fortunately we did not switch our payroll to Wells Fargo--we were just about to make that move.
