My 68 year old mother who can't read write English and computer illiterate is not allowed online access because she's not physically the person who logs her in and monitor her own account. We had access online at one point but was locked out.

We needed it resetted but was told its agaist their policy to let anyone else but the account holder access. Prior to being locked out, we found numerous charged services on her account. For example they forced her into buying their car insurance. She also charged disabilty insurance in case she becomes disabled and can not make her mortgage.

She still believe that it was flood insurance when it clearly saids "disability" WF does not want her children monitoring her account so WF can continue to sell my mother services she has no idea are. WF is deceptive and take advantage of the weak.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Wells Fargo. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
