When questioning why I did not receive my rewarded 14,000 frequent flyer miles I continued to get the runaround all the way from Mr. Tony Cash at the local Arlington Texas Mortgage Office to the CEO Mr. John Stumph in California.

Letters to the CEO apparently are never read although he has stated that he is one that jumps in and takes action on all complaints. All letters to him are always forwarded to Mr. John Petemeier at the Iowa office for action when many changes in their reasoning are provided. E-mail messages to Mr. Stumph are returned as undeliverable.

It is a shame that a CEO such as Mr Stumph whose bonus was just doubled for 2009 to $18.7 million cannot find time to respond orlive up to his stated promises.

This has been going on for some time since the initial action in late 2008.

If anyone is interested in doing the same thing I suggest that you do not use Wells Fargo but use Lending Tree because they offer 3000 miles per $1000 spent as to Wells Fargo's 1000 per $1000. That is true as I have just completed a transaction with Lending Tree without any problems.
