i started with wells fargo in november of 2009 to but a cabin upstate.i gave them all the paperwork they asked for and they ordered an appraisal on the property and told me my commitment would be coming in a week.the appraisal cost 475 dollars,6 days later they told me i was denied a mortgage.the underwriters reasons were no verification of my residential address,incomplete credit application and coborrower was not ascceptable for this particular mortgage.wells farego should know what the standards to qualify are and they were supposed to be diligent in having my paperwork correct but failed me.when i attemted to co borrow with my son they never called him for his info for 2 days.i asked that they return my appraisal fee in good faith for there mishandling of my paperwork,which they agreed was done .scott van demark admitted chad rodriguez made mistakes on my account.i have lost a total of 2200 dollars i jusy wanted the appraisal fee back which i feel was only fair since they dropped the ball.a charles cheeseman ionformed me they didnt have to retyurn my money there with in there righte even though his manager admitted fault.what a bunch of crooks there is no morality in the banking industry and by ny accounts wells fargo leads the way ive been lied to and misled and no one cares .small claims court is my only hope but they have the fione print and accept no blame its a world of un accountable people.in my world if i make a mistake i fix it -jimmyb

FIRST OF ALL AN APPRAISAL IS $475.00, BUT THEY ALSO USE SOMEONE WHO IS CONTRACT WITH THEM, EVEN IF YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION DUH.......

I asked for a repayment plan, said based on a low mortgage that is behind for cause, but now i can catch it up.

the deal is for 16 months but i only need 4 months when i do the math, they are going to pocket thoudands.

i smell a rat.

you paid $475.00 for an appraisal I KNOW THE APPRAISER ONLY GOT PAYED AROUND $200.00.THEY SCREWED YOU AGAIN WITHOUT YOU EVAN KNOWING IT.

ASK FOR A COPY, YOU PAYED FOR IT.I BET IT DOSE NOT INCLUDE AN INVOICE.THE APPRAISERS NAME AND PHONE ARE ON THE APPRAISAL CALL HIM AND SEE WHAT HE ACTUALY GOT PAID
