I worked for wells Fargo from 2004 thru 2016. I was totally devoted to them. I went thru a tough divorce back in 2014 forcing me to have to relocate and move an hour away from where I worked. Wells p

To have Wells Fargo take the man out of this branch and never have to deal with his mean and unprofessional self again. Branch manager needs to be replaced because she was at her desk and allowed it all to happen .

Wells Fargo Manager Review

Talked to four representatives, three were rude including a drive thru manager in the Austin area. Only one representative was nice and understood my issue and actually tried to understand and help, and not talk down to the customer, me, and did not try to blame it on the computer.

Wells Fargo in Naples, Florida - Horrible customer service

After having a Wells Fargo M/C since 1984 my account was switched to a Visa this year. When I tried to activate my new card the automated system refused, asking for a business/secondary phone number. Not having one I was routed to the rudest two people refused to assist me. They would not say if they were WF employees, only that they were "card activation" employees. After trying the regular card customer service & WF customer service numbers I was uncertain if the card was active so I reached out to my local WF branch manager and she had no luck in resolving this problem either. She actually suggested complaining on line after several people promised to return calls to my self & her. If a WF Bank Manager can't get a response I know I'm scr4wed! I've banked with Wells Fargo since 1979 and never had any problems until they took over Wachovia. All I can say is good luck, it's an unfriendly business since they changed from a bank to a store.
