Wells Fargo "lost" my $200 cash deposit. When the deposit wasn't listed, I called the customer service number, & they couldn't find it either.
I got a reference number, and the rep said someone would call me back in 5 days!! That is totally unacceptable! How could a bank loose a cash deposit! What kind of tellers are they hiring that cannot do their jobs!
Are they stealing? I'm so glad I don't have my mortgage with them. As soon as they "solve" this, I'm closing the account.
I am telling everyone I know to not do business with this bank! Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with of any major company.
