Wells Fargo literally called my daughter 6 times a day w/varying stories on a Forbearance.
I submitted a 2 month Forbesarance, until I go back to school.The Bank processed it over the phone.
It was a done deal, no worries for 2 months, w/Supervisors approval. Very next day, phone rings 6 times, everyone with different story. Unbelievable! CALLS ALL MONTH!
One month later, letter comes by mail, your Forbearance expires (2 days previous to letter). Only 1 month passed! The payment is late w/a late charge, $35.00. This is the worst Bank to do business with.
No one reads customer notes before calling.I'm writing to President of Bank w/complaint.
