Horrible bank that lacks the ability to empathize & treat the customers.Three months ago we battled an unauthorized paper check draft for $650.
The check clearly belonged to a Bank of America customer written to Home Depot, but we were hit instead. We were told it would take 10 days to reverse. Doesn't take rocket science to see that the check was not ours. Nevertheless, our bank was hit with another unauthorized - store ach purchase for $69.80 yesterday...told 10 business day.
Woke up today to another unauthorized ach in-store purchase for $850. The lack of help from a major banking system saddens me. All we get is "I understand...it'll rake 10 days" or a spew of products they will try to get you to enroll in.
Enough is enough!!!I will be closing this account after our claims are resolved.
