I am currently on hold with Wells Fargo to talk about a credit card, waiting to speak with a representative. I have not spoken to any human yet and I have now been on hold for 53:23.
That is a joke. I've never heard of anything like this. Luckily, I have it on speaker and am working via my computer but this is unacceptable. No matter the business or industry, this should never happen.
I just got married and we are going to open a joint account.
Guess where we will not be banking? BTW, it has now been 57:29.
