I am Livid with your company I have had nothing but poor experience with your foundation all together your representatives are beyond rude and heartless I had started a case with the better business bureau I reported my purse stolen to your fraud department on November 21 st at that time your fraud rep "Alex"advised me at that t a block would be place on the account and I should expect to receive a card within 5-7 business never received the card at all. Your mobile app is useless I have been trying to get in the app since the end of November to check my account it stated I need to change my username and password on a desktop I don't have a computer and recently just was discharged from the hospital so I was not able to check my account until I got to work on 12/12 when I reported the fraud each rep I have talk to has been rude and unhelpful but Vallery from your claims assistance dept was very rude and belligerent she stated to me it's not her problem my acct was compromised and I don't need to call everyday I became furious because just being human how could you say that to a person around Christmas time with bills and gifts to buy when I ask for a supervisor Vallery disconnected the phone call I'm beyond pissed I will never recommend Wells Fargo to any one and I definitely will follow up with business bureau about my complaint and make sure something is don't because your company are harsh and rude and I have been suffering behind this because of your company not placing a block on my account to avoid this I have suffered mentally and physically with being on hold for periods of time and being disconnected I now have a overdraft fees because of this I can not believe Wells Fargo treats people like this ..I am hurt because I was one loyal customer..

Wells Fargo - Checking Account Review from Woodmere, New York

I was going through a contentious divorce at the time of Sandy. My home and car were destroyed. When I received the initial $15,000.00 from my Insurance company I went into Wells Fargo to open a "Hurricane Fund". I explained that this account was just for fixing up the house which had been estimated, in total, at $188,000.00. I was NEVER told that they were enrolling me in a certain type of account where I had to keep a certain amount constantly in it. No, I was told that almost two years after when I noticed that every single month they were charging me $30.00 because I did not "cover" this so called amount. I immediately went in at the time I realized that my Ex had hired a "Public Adjuster", who did nothing to get money because, 1) Flood insurance adjusters are your Public Adjusters. 2) He hired him to watch out for and collect the checks for him so that he would come home from his 4 month vacationing with his girlfriend to collect this money after retorting the checks from our home to his office. I told the manager at this time that I would not be getting the money I thought because he stole it and even though I was fighting to get it back I didn't know what was going to happen. I called in the States Attorney General, FDI, Condumer Affairs, etc;. They had the checks redone only the Insurance company went with the payee of the account and sent it back to his office. My lawyer hadn't answered my cries for help all these months because she had already planned on dropping me for not paying her more money when she was supposed to get it from him. He got away with 6 years of not paying me spousal support, stealing all my jewelry, and disobeying court orders to put back a HELOC worth $499,000. just so that I wouldn't be able to get any money that way. BTW: He divorced me, no reason, no explanation, after over 30 years plus, together. He remained in the house, basically retired, and traveled the world with his girlfriend under my nose. He was never ever reprimanded for anything he did during this divorce and the number of illegal things was extensive. This was why I hadn't noticed anything unusual with this separate account, because I no longer needed it. Things were bought and paid for that were the initial important things. When my trial was coming up I showed my new lawyer and then I looked at all my statements and noticed that every single month since, they took $30.00 out of my regular account to pay for the lack of money in my Hurricane account. I went in, more than once and once in Florida, just to ask them to put back my money. Each said it was not their doing and passed me off to "claims, preferred account services, etc;. Around $120.00 maybe, was returned but that was it. It still shows up when I look at the past accounts, how much the bank stole from me. I'm On Medicaid, and govt help on and off because he paid off lawyers and a last minute joke for a judge that did nothing and gave him everything. He's a millionaire and so was I, but I received nothing and am still fighting for what he owes me and I also have to deal with a bank that got away with stealing my money as well. Wells fargo stole a small amount of money from my account $11.00 to be exact. Still wont admit it or give it back. Greedy, lying, evil, theiving, demons. They arent concerned abouut anything but money. No concern for customer service, quality products, reliability or anything else that is helpful to the consumer. Ive noticed discrepancies in my account before, but never this blatant. Sometimes my account would be off 3 or 4 dollars but id just let it go. Yes i am meticulous about overseeing my account. But this is crazy talked to customer service supervisior about this no help whatsoever useless. I was blamed contiually but wells fargo couldnt explain the discrepancy. Of course no refund. Hateful money grubbers, worshippers of their god mammon!!!

Wells Fargo - Other credit card scams

Took out WF AMEX and four 4 months they have taken the entire card amount out of my checking. This is close to 1000/month and they say they can not revert to minimal payment until 3 attempts are made and there is no $ in account, so 3 insufficient funds to turn it off. This means insufficent funds for everything. WF will pull $ at random times to find enough $ to pay bill so it is a cat and mouse game that did not stop with 3 insufficient funds as per banker. Also, 18 month % free quote for a VISA was only 12 months and all I had was the bankers word since multi-page credit card form is never read. I will try to change back to USAA or Navy Federal.

Wells Fargo - My first bank account & I AM DONE.

Started my account with WF at 14. I am now 19 and shutting my account down and moving to a local credit union. The issues started with overdraft. WF would never show me the correct amount of money I had in my checking account and it would cause many issues before I had a job. When I started college, it got worse. I went into a branch near UNLV and they forced me to go from the teen card that was supposed to last until I was 24, and upgrade to an adult card. I had my card stolen from companies overseas twice and each time a WF representative told me that maybe I just wasn't keeping track of my spending even though I was not making online purchases at that time. They belittled me and made me feel ***, most likely due to my age. Now, a few weeks ago, I was having a financial issue and went into my bank and asked them to move my deposit date. Each month they transfer 25$ from checkings to savings and I wanted to move the date to later in the month. While there, I made sure overdraft protection is off and the rep I spoke with assures me that my card will be declined for anything I don't have money for, even recurring automatic payments. A few days ago, my account was -6 because netflix hit at the same time as a huge bill. Today I get an overdraft notice and sure enough I am now -40$ in the bank. I am very upset with wells fargo and after a trip I am taking this weekend, I will be switching to a credit union. I am tired of WF taking advantage of me due to my youth and trying to force me to get credit cards when I am obviously financially unstable.

Called the Dial A Banker again today because the Dial A Banker last week said that lots of times they can release the check after 5 days. So they said "NO" today. I keep asking them why they keep holding my money hostage even though it was released by Chase to them...
