The reason your employees are getting charged 7.50 because they arent WF customers. They should take their check to cash it with who ever they bank with.

I hate this bank! I am a business account holder. I usually maintain a high balance and come in weekly to make international wires which they charge me $50 per transaction. Recently, after giving birth to an ill child I fell ill and into a deep depression. I was unable to work and grow my business for about a yr. Because of my loss of income and auto charges set up on my account. I had experienced many overdraft fees. Total fees collected from this month alone was exactly $1295 this bank has collected from me. I have been trying to recoup at lease SOME of my fees back and have been given the run arounds. I even went into this branch because the online reps said that only a bank manager could help me. I spoke with manager Jason pouring out my heart and nearly in tears. He reversed exactly $0 in fees and basically said screw me. I have been going through *** and nobody at this bank seems to care at all. However in the past with my higher balances I would come in the branch and I will get all smiles and from the reps there when they see your high balance. They start offering additional services and asking you if you want to open a merchant account. They treat you like pure gold when you have money. BUT when you don't they treat you like NOTHING! I will be closing all my accounts and moving on. DO NOT open an account with this bank! They auto set some kind of setting that allows transactions to post even if your account is negative so they can exploit you with fees. Once the fee accumulates, they count their dollars and won't help you at all. They don't care about their customer at all unless you have money.

Wells Fargo - Service fee

This morning as I checked my balance at Wells Fargo I noticed they posted a service fee of $13 on my checking account. According to the contract (everything is a contract when you sign up for something) I was told there is no service fee as long I don't request hard copies of my statements. I've been a customer from 1995 at First Union, Wachovia and now Wells Fargo and I am treated like this. They sent no notes, or mail or e-mail to announce this change. After a long discussion with a supervisor she gave me a partial reimbursement of $3.25 and pocketed $9.75, which in my opinion is unjustified. This supervisor also told me, the change was communicated in the monthly statement and I could have avoiding it by switching over to a different type of checking account 3 months ago. How should I have known this??? I have decided to close my account and open a checking account at a different bank. STAY AWAY from Wells Fargo, they are stilling our money.

This notice WAS on your statement. Most customers do not bother reading their statements - so this is your fault! They gave plenty of notice.

after 50 or so phone calls to wells Fargo i have just received information that they found papers i faxed to them weeks ago,they have reopend my claim witch they closef on 6 -2-2015 and should have a resolution by tomorrow well see

had 280 unauthorized charges started claim in February just got back what i think is some of the money still haven't gotten any statement from bank talked on phone but they only had claims for part dont know why neither do they. its been months hours and hours of leg work now my account is over drawn 7 fee in a row because of a banking holiday my check did not clear on time they refused to do any thing to help except trasfer me repeatedly ,i was told however they would *** $26 bucks 200 plus in over drafts they still owe me money what the *** is going on

Wells Fargo - Opening savings account without my consent

I had a checking account with Wells Fargo, they opened a savings account without my approval and put $25 in the savings account every month from the checking account. I told them I didn't want the savings account. They refused to closed the savings account. When I needed money in checking I had to transfer from the savings account. I closed the account. The people at Wells Fargo were not helpful. The checking account I had had a minimal amount in it and it was ridiculous to transfer money every month from the checking account to savings account. How can they do that, it's got to be illegal.

Wells Fargo - Didn't fix the problem they were supposed to fix and now won't refund the fees

I have a checking acct that started way back with First Union. I've been using direct connect for Quicken for over 15 years with the account. Suddenly in June, I start getting charged $9.95/mo. I called, they reversed the fee, said it was taken care of and that someone would follow up. I never got that call and forgot about it. I failed to notice the fee came right back on and now that I am preparing for taxes, I found 7 months worth. They will only reimburse 3 months saying I should have called sooner. I did call plenty soon - right after it happened and now it's on me for not calling back AGAIN to fix what they didn't fix the first time. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. We will drop this account in the next year for sure.

Wells Fargo - Exorbitant use and price of Fees

Your bank just charged me $7.50 to cash a check written on YOUR banks check...then they asked if I'd like to open an account with the money. I said "NO, your paper is SO expensive that I need to pay $7.50 per check, so you can buy more? No thanks... I try not to associate with organized crime. Lousy thieves. I would NEVER recommend or use your bank again. Look in a mirror, because YOU are what's wrong with this country! Every time a "Rothchild Central Bank" bank charges you a fee, they bury this nation in debt and suck the life from it's citizens. GO CREDIT UNION and invest in America, don't pay these criminals a dime to steal your jobs and money and stash them in offshore accounts...THAT IS NOT what this country is about. If you have a banker in your family, disown them and move away. Shame, this country used to have scruples, ...we used to be the GREATEST. Thank a bank for the change in status.
