Wells Fargo continued to clear POS transactions when my account was negative even AFTER I told them to cease their "benefit" of allowing transactions to clear when my account is negative.I told multiple people both in the branches and at the call center over the period of a year.

They still refuse to reverse TEN recent overdraft fees.

Although it was my fault for accidentally ordering an online bill pay for $1500 as opposed to $150, I strictly forbade them from allowing POS transactions when my account is negative.I''ve been telling them this over and over for over a year.
