In exchanging US dollars for foreign currency, the Wells Fargo representatives were not helpful or customer oriented.In fact, the policies were different at 2 branches.

As a result, the customer had to go 3 times until the transaction could be completed.

There seems to be a lack of consistent knowledge, lack of adequate training , and overall lack of customer courtesy with regard to buying foreign dollars.This goes directly against the customer courtesy policies advertised by Wells Fargo...
