I am a renter and my land lord has a bank with wells fargo and i go in and make a payment into his account with cash but now they change the policy that if you are not the account holder you have to go and buy a money order or check and I think that this new change is *** because now i have to pay extra money to get a money oder plus having to fill out the information and this just take so much time. I hope that wells fargo look into this again and have cash deposit which will be so much easier.

Having trouble with Wells Fargo over a legal lien that is not in my name. It is in the name of a co-signer on my account. They can not help me prove that any of the cash deposits going into my account are mine and made in the state of FL. They are unwilling to help in any way. Print your statements and maybe that will be enough. DO NOT GO TO WELLS FARGO FOR ANY BANKING IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM. You will only be ripped off. They are the most unyielding bank and most of the people are rude and self serving. As long as they make their paycheck they are happy to *** with the people that supply that income to them.

Wells Fargo - Do not work well with anyone

Filled out all your special papers, to get a balance on checking, called ALL your phone and fax numbers sent to thee different numbers, still NO one know what to do... how hard is it to get a balance... like all other banks and credit union I send fill out which is their JOB and get back asap.. going on 4 days now still no results.. we are a government subsidized housing and need this information. I'm about to turn you in for not doing your JOB

Not sending bill and charging late fees.Wells Fargo

About 6 months ago we purchased some furniture from a store and applied for a deferred interest plan. When the first bill came we paid half of it off right away. I started to make double the payment amount and at the end of last month I realized I didn't receive a statement. We called and was told it was sent out and unless I went to a Wells Fargo office to pay in person or give them the info to my banking account there would be a late fee. Today,the same day we received a statement we receive a call from them wanting payment and didn't care if they sent a bill last month.They did however tells they had a address change to send payments. I said screw you,not to them and I paid the account off. Nothing like scamming people for a late fee charge. Something tells me this practice will be on CNN soon.

Wells Fargo cancelled my debit card without notification

Details
I saw my WF Debit card had expired last week and they never sent me another. I went in the branch in Virginia today and was treated like a 2nd class citizen. The 'branch manager' was very rude and not helpful at all. When I said I should cancel my accounts, she just nodded and said we can tell you how to do that....instead of trying to keep me as a customer... They cancelled my debit card because they claim' it was not swiped for a few months'. Crazy! There is salary going in there each week! So I am not dead! This is the worst bank going.
