This bank is one of the useless banks I've ever seen! They'll lure you to make a deposit, and after that your money gets stuck, and closed the account. I got a 123k deposit from friends for a business purpose. Prior to this deposit, I contacted WF to tell them that I'm expecting the above account, they said it's ok. Few days when the deposits entered, the restricted every access to my banking platforms, including my credit card account. When I contacted them, they told me that the account will be closed in 10 business days, that my banking relationship with them are no longer beneficial! Are you kidding me??????? I asked when I'm getting the funds back, they said after their so-called review is over, and that they'll mail me a cashier's check. Already, the reason for this fund is almost coming to a complete halt. This was a fund meant for a business in China, if I don't send the payment on time, I'll definitely incur demurrage. Why does this kind of bank still exist in the United States? They are nothing but scams! Shame on you Wells Fargo! I would definitely not recommend this bank to any loved ones.

My deceased aunt and my deceased mom has me as a beneficiary on an account. Wells Fargo for the last 3 months did not process the paperwork my father submitted to disclaim his portion. now I cannot claim what is entitled to me because in three months they have refused to even make a phone call to us. now Im being denied a right to even access information on the account like what the balance is. Obviously funny business going on I've had to complain with the Better Business Bureau and the Illinois Department Professional Regulation. Wells Fargo advisors are m.i.a their customer service was supposed to get back to me so the managers never called never wrote a letter. they didn't process paperwork or send a receipt after I begged and pleaded for 3 months now. I feel like I'm to Twilight Zone they have no respect for my family or what's left of it. I hate to say it but I highly doubt if I were a white man who just lost his mom and Aunt within months of each other we'll have to wait 3 months with no correspondence of feedback and file complaints and then getting that balance information on the account that he's legally entitled to but I guess I was Fargo blacklivesdontmatter

Wells Fargo - ATM card fraud unauthorized should resolve in Fraud

I am desperately trying to get this matter resolved. It already went to claims and they denied but I never made this purchase, it was and when I spoke to fraud to be treated that way. TODAy, i get a call from Adam in Credit card executive solutions who said this matter should be transferred to ATM card executive solutions and spoke to Linda Finney, who said she could not resolve and would talk to claims why it was denied. I really do not want to go in circles, she did not have the POLICE REPORT either. Who can please help so I dont go round in circles. I really cannot be put through this. Here are the facts again Charge of 3514.33 not made by me, i did not even have that high a credit limit on my ATM, its only $500. The sales invoice has a variation of my name, not mine Sofa was never delivered to me. transferred to FRAUD yet still handled in claims PLEASE RESOLVE I NEVER AUTHORIZED OR PURCHASED THIS I will file a lawsuit if thats what needs to be done. BANK LEAST AFFECTED BY THE BANKING DISASTER WHO DID NOT NEED OR WANT THE BAILOUT BUT WAS FORCED TO TAKE IT. PAID IT BACK THE SECOND IT WAS ALLOWED TO DO SO. CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. CONSCIENTIOUS WITH CUSTOMER BEST INTEREST ALWAYS INCLUDED IN DECISIONS MADE.I HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR MANY YEARS AND THE SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO OUR NEEDS IS BEYOND EXCELLENT. I just want to say how disappointed I am I have been with Wells Fargo for years now! And it shocks me that someone couldn't have the education to help me. I call to get a new card just because I changed my last name and I tell the guy that and he claims my card as "lost" when I specifically said DO NOT CHANGE MY NUMBER what does he do he changes my card number and now I can't use my debit card all weekend long because I work all weekend long that was why I did not want my card cancelled and they he tells me "oh I'm sorry I didn't know" after I sat there and explained to him the situation now I'm screwed going to be late on my bills all because of his incopetant self. Mistakes like that are not okay.... And then he tells me "well I'm sorry I can't help you" well I appreciated the whole screw up never going back after being with you all for 9 years now

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. I have a very serious problem that is costing me hundreds of dollars and a ruined vacation because the banker I called lied to me. Now I'm in a foreign country with no access to my account and not a single Banker I spoke with can help me. Furthermore one of the bankers I spoke with told me there was no problems with my account and that no transactions were being declined however this was a blatant lie. Needless to say the other bank cards that I have Chase being one of them is giving me no problems whatsoever. I'm documenting it every step of the way and I will post everything on YouTube. Wells Fargo has terrible customer service that will say anything just to get you off the phone. I confirmed with the supervisor I spoke with that the calls were being recorded and I will post said recording the second I get back to the States. Thank God I didn't rely only on Wells Fargo they are very unreliable and I would have been left in a foreign country if I did. Furthermore the customer service representative at Wells Fargo were more interested in what they couldn't do for me then what they could. So if you want to be left high and dry when you need your money the most absolutely bank with Wells Fargo otherwise Chase is the best option.
