Wells Fargo in Santa Clarita, California - Need more tellers

There 20 customer in line and they have 3 tellers. I asked where all the tellers an they said at lunch.!! In the past i was told teller work part time so why is there a lunch hour.. this is FRIDAY AFTERNOON, REALLY..i would not come to this bank but its my company back...i myself have tye credit union and even the bank manager eill eork a wondow if needed...

LOL... How did I know you were old before finishing your complaint?

Nothing to do but get in the way of people trying to get from A to B, complaining because this isn't back in the day and generally being a PITA while demanding respect because of your age.

Went to Essex location to cash a check yesterday and the bottom line was this both parties had an account at Wells and it was a personal check signed over to myself. Instead of worrying about getting your baby feelings hurt and showing off she gave *** customer service about a comment that I made saying it was stupid nobody said she was stupid. After calling the bank manager to do my transaction it still seemed like a hassle to get a $200 check cashed. I have a couple grand in this bank and 3 different accounts I shouldn’t have to jump thru hoops to get a check cashed. I can guarantee it won’t happen again. For the teller may I suggest you sharpen up on your customer service skills because if what I said hurt your feelings then your gonna have some long days working at that branch in Essex. Stop trying to be politically correct and just do your job.

Literally nothing happened. Tellers are trained to do that.

Would you want someone who happens to have your info to be able to just waltz in and withdraw money from your account? These procedures are in place, especially when withdrawing such a large amount.

Wells Fargo - Ellensburg teller treated us like criminals.

My husband has a beard,she treated him like dirt. She wouldn't cash my paycheck,drawn off that branch,without me having to put my thumbprint on my check.I waited around a bit to see if she did this to others.No, she was all smiles and polite.Didn't tell other customers they had to thumbprint their checks.Last straw, we sold a house and had a large check,it was made out to us.But she acted like it was a stolen check and called over several other bank employees to look at it.We were depositing the check, not cashing it.This woman single us out and ALWAYS TREATED US BADLY.As soon as the check cleared we moved our accountto a different bank. The teller who closed our account asked why we were leaving,I pointed at the bad teller and said"because of her and the rotten way she treated us.We took our money and left.I hope anyone in that bank heard me and I hope she got fired.

A few months ago I had the need to deposit $ into my Grandsons savings acct. The Wells-Fargo branch was at Governors Square in Bear Delaware. This particular time I deposited $500. The teller took my check, deposit slip and gave me the proof of deposit. While I was at the teller window I asked if I could get five $10's for a fifty. The teller asked me if I had an account. I said no. She said she could only give me change if I was a customer. WHAT???? Well after leaving I decided to open a account at my personal bank, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, for my grandson for any future transactions. I walked into a WSFS branch that did not know me and asked for change. I got my change, no problem, with a smile!! Now THAT is my bank! and a bank that serves.

This company is awful to customers. I went to the Wells Fargo bank located at 125 Glenridge Point Pkwy N E, Atlanta, GA 30342 on 3/9/17 to cash my payroll check as I do every Thursday and never had a problem with Jason or Miriam. I didn't see the other two older tellers either so I waljed up to a new teller. I present the teller my ID, SS Card and signed check with thumb print on it. She then looks at me up and down and tells me I need to see a third form of identification like a passport. I asked why when I've given you the two forms that your policy ask for. She then continues to tell me "Well I can't verify this check and you trying to commut Fraud". I was disgusted now. I immediately responded to her accusation by telling her that she should not accuse someone of a crime without proof. This teller has only been at this location for the last month or less and I have witnessed her be rude to other customers as well. I advised her that she can call my supervisor or company if she wants to verify the accuracy of the payroll check. She refused and called security because she wanted to profile me. If I was to profile her by her Indian ethnicity and accuse her of racisim then everyone would say I'm being racist. This is unacceptable behavior and now I see why most of my fellow voworkers state they will never be a Wells Fargo customer. Wells Fargo has lost another perspective customer with this Tellers behavior.
