I sent a payment through my Wells Fargo app to a store credit card.I received a call from the store card credit services stating my account is 3 WEEKS past due.

When I logged back into the app-no record of the payment existed!! Now I have a blemish on my credit history because WF can't ensure that their technology is working properly.

Thanks for nothing WF!

I will be changing banks.Everything went downhill once they took over Wachovia the new online interface is also hard to navigate and doesn't make it easy to find what bills are due when.
