Wells Fargo "store" manager at Thruway in Winston Salem is unhelpful and down right rude. He stated that Wells Fargo was not obligated to inform customers of rule/process changes, and if the customer did not like the change - they should take their business elsewhere.

When he was asked to provide a copy of the bank's account rules - he refused and asked me to leave the branch.

When I asked if I should take my $1m with me - he laughed as he apparently thought that a person in jeans and a tee shirt could not have that type of asset profile. Well he is wrong.
