Wells Fargo and Poor Customer Service
Wells Fargo "store" manager at Thruway in Winston Salem is unhelpful and down right rude.He stated that Wells Fargo was not obligated to inform customers of rule/process changes, and if the customer did not like the change - they should take their business elsewhere.
When he was asked to provide a copy of the bank's account rules - he refused and asked me to leave the branch.
When I asked if I should take my $1m with me - he laughed as he apparently thought that a person in jeans and a tee shirt could not have that type of asset profile.Well he is wrong.
