My bank account got debited by Wells Fargo without my knowledge.Upon inquiring, the Only information I was given was the Bank Location, where this transaction happened, and the branch manager said that there is no document or details she has about this transaction.

It clearly shows on my statement as "Bank generated Debit." she said that their Resolution department will further look into this by pulling the cameras, and she will let me know the detail. It's been over a month now, and all I am getting is Run Around. Customer service representatives said that Branch where this error happened should assist you.

Branch saying that Resoultion department will pull the camera to see How and who initiated this transaction.I am not sure where to go from here, but certainly no one from Wells Fargo seems to be corporating, not even the area manager, as I have left him voice messages since last 2 days but he has not called me back either.
