Wells Fargo deletes password without notice

The day I went to login my account on January 7, 2019 just to find out i could not login. Had to call the phone number to get help off there website. Just to find out they deleted my password. They claimed it was because of a software update. When most companies do this the practice is because of a data breach. Well they never informed me they deleted my password by email or conventional mail. So i filled a complaint with the CFPB. You just don't delete someone abilify to login unless you contact them by some form or have a security breach. What do you think?

As time goes on there is every indication that Wells Fargo is insolvent and floating deposits to cover minimum reserve requirements. Wells Fargo even holds deposit drawn on Wells Fargo accounts deposited into Wells Fargo accounts.

Not the act of a healthy bank. I am closing all my Wells Fargo accounts and move them to a smaller local bank.

This could happen to anyone , WF closed my account and when asked cites business decision. No one in WF is able to give more details. They did not send me any communication either . Now my payroll is bounced , I am into all sorts of trouble as I have given a personal check which could bounce and put me in deep trouble . I have never heard of a bank not excepting cash as a deposit. It’s not posted anywhere on the premise that they do not except cash as a deposit to someone else’s account. This is BS now I know why I do not bank with this institution. My landlord is out of the country and in order to get him his rent I have to run around to find a money order...Ridiculous

10 day hold on deposit? Evan after the second day when check had cleared?

I cannot run my business this way. I certainly will pursue wells fargo with legal actions with the clear liability they have exposed themselves to with damages to my business.

Wells fargo has the worst bad pr as of late seems as though they could care less. I am done with themType your message here

So its been a month and not so much as a peep from them. They still continue to harras my ex, send her billing statements instead of me, don't give a *** what they do.

They already *** 50% of americans, goal must be 100%. tracking to hit goal this year I think.

Wells Fargo - Pressure and threats

My son died in November, 2017. After getting the Representative of the Estate Documents, I went to my Wells Fargo Branch and transferred his bank account into an estate account. At that time, I asked the Wells Fargo employee to do an account search to make sure I had complete information. I also obtained copies of his bank statements and noticed a credit card payment for a credit card not in my possession. Again, I asked the Wells Fargo employee if she could determine who the payment went to and she indicated that information was not available. As part of the probate process, I provided Wells Fargo with a Notice to Creditor letter asking they submit a proof of claim for any debt they may have and noting they had 120 days under Arizona Probate law or the claim was forever barred. Forty-five days after the 120 days lapsed, I received a call from Wells Fargo indicating that the unidentified credit card was with them and my son owed a substantial amount of money. I explained that Arizona probate precluded me from paying as they are outside the 120 day period. This representative got irate wanting to know if there were any assets to cover the debt. One week later, I got a call from the branch employee stating I needed to return to the branch, sign some documentation, and provide my Social Security card as proof of identity. When I asked why, she said the back office required it and had sent a letter. I have never received a letter and told her as much. At this point she said I only have ten days to provide my Social Security card and sign the documents. When I inquired what happened if I didn't, she repeated I HAD to follow-up and had 10 days to do so. Personally, I don't appreciate being threatened and now get to deal with a hostile bank on top of grieving for my son.

Wells Fargo - Missing CD

WF refuses to locate a CD from Wachovia...they say it was cashed without the paperwork, or records are too old to find, they have shown me ZERO proof of their claims. I have the original CD n bank statements I gave them numerous documents, most not their concern I think a WF employee cashed my CD out. I do not know what to do next.
