Wells Fargo - Bad customer service said i made charges and did not they said i lied

i held for 2.5 hours to get resolution AT WELLS DEBIT DEPT, 2 reps they said i made charges i did not make said i joined senior soulmates.com and never did i am married said they cancelled the card but fraudulent charges went through 2 weeks later anyway what *** support to let that happen to a card i closed ALREADY ive been with them for 26 yrs and was never told i made the fraudulent charges THE DEBIT DEPT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY ALSO SAID I REPORTED OTHER CHARGES THAT WERE MINE AND I DID NOT IT WAS THERE ERROR AGAIN VERY ANGRY AT THEM , THEY SAID I CLAIMED A VITAMIN STORE WAS MINE AND I CLAIMED FRAUDULENT FOR THAT, IT WAS TOTALLY THEIR ERROR THEY ALSO MADE ERRORS ON THE REVERSAL CREDIT THEY LUMP SUM A CREDIT TO YOU SO YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT CHARGES THEY TOOK OFF, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT ITEMIZE CREDITS GIVEN BACK TO YOU THEY MAKE IT VERY SECRET AND CONFUSING WHAT THEY DO I AM AN ACCOUNTANT AND THEIR SYSTEM IS BIZZARE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST TO NOT GIVE THE CUSTOMER ALL THE FACTS BUT THEY CAN SEE THEM ON THEIR SCREEN BUT THEY DO NOT SHOW THE CUSTOMER HOW THEY ARRIVED AT THE LUMP SUM I EVEN CONTACTED SENIOR SOULMATES.COM AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER

Wells Fargo - Sneaky fees protected by customer agreement

I closed my account on 5/1/17. Apparently the banker gave me the wrong account balance, so when I closed it, the account went negative for which almost two months later they sent me a summary showing -$53.50. $18.15 is actually the charge that caused the account to go negative but as we all know Wells Fargo charges $35 as overdraft coverage Fee. I called the customer service line and they told me it was my fault for not knowing exactly how much money I had in my account and they couldn't do anything for me. They advised me to go to the branch and talk to a banker. When I asked what I could do if the branch didn't acknowledge their mistake, customer service said there's nothing I could do and it's my responsibility.

Wells Fargo - BANK FRAUD

My name is Soodjani. I have had several business bank accounts with Wells Fargo since 2006. There has been several unauthorized online transactions of $25,600.60 by somebody using my name and personal information to another bank account without my consent from one of my accounts since December of 2016 which I was not aware of until recently. I notified Wells Fargo bank and my personal account manager regarding this matter on April 19th. However, Today I received a letter from Wells Fargo that they can only recover $5800.00 and the other $19,800.60 will not be reimburse to me because too much time passed before I notified them . Wells Fargo should not have allowed for all these transactions to take place without my consent in the first place but they are trying to blame that on me for not reporting to them sooner. They dont want to take the accountability for their screw ups. Wells Fargo is already under a several law sues for fraudulent accounts and now they are trying to undermine their own mistake. Such a horrible company I recently just opened an account with them called them to Dispute transactions through PayPal totaling 700.00 that i never made & got a letter a week later stating the case was closed and the money will not be refunded due to merchant verifying my name and address well that's a big lie because I called PayPal and they told me the address they have is totally different so obviously they never fully investigated so I will be closing my account with them and to add insult to injury their process to redispute the transactions is to write a letter like really are we in the stone ages And when I asked for a supervisor there's never one available not like I believe the reps even check for one so I am better off with American Express card that I've had for 5 years now never had a problem with that company at least they thoroughly go through their dispute process

I was in a Walmart parking lot it was 100' and i got a call from Wells Fargo Accounts Takeover that my savings and checking accounts had been hacked and I needed to change my password right then. Since this was on a weekend and Wells Fargo had sat on the information for 5 days i was upset to say the least. I went to the bank on 6960 N Mesa on Monday and your now assistant manager called and was informed that the party who had hacked my iphone had the password and login but not my SS??? She also told me that the party had opened an account at Chase to transfer the money. I went to Chase and asked and they told me flat out they do NOT open accounts without SS numbers. When i went back to the bank for a better explanation I was told i would need a subpeona if i wanted more information??? I also went to the Apple Store in Cielo Vista and was told my phone was not hacked. It was very irritating closing the accounts as i had several automatic deposits and withdrawals. I was told by the same banker to leave some money in the checking account in case there was a problem. This was April 2015. The account was finally closed in August 2016 by Wells Fargo. I had been divorced and have tried to get information on these accounts as there are transactions on both the checking and savings accounts of well over 10,000.00 concerning my ex wife and this information is very important to me. Wells Fargo has also lost track of every cashiers check or money order i have purchased although I have copies of several. According to the FDIC Wells Fargo is supposed to keep track of these accounts for 5 years after they are closed and Wells Fargo closed the checking account and told me to close both. I have been asking for months and no one can find information on these accounts or the cashiers checks and money orders and this is through direct contact with the branch or over the phone where a supervisor told me the only accounts i had were opened in 2015 even though i have check registers and a welcome from Wells Fargo from 2011 after I opened a new account in my name after a "banker" told my ex to close the account because the SS checks she received for her and my son increased 250%. It is Wells Fargos responsability to maintain this information and i am tired of spending ? hours on the phone and at the branch trying to retrieve the information and no im not paying to retrieve what Wells Fargo is responsible to maintain.

WF not only wanted to charge me a monthly fee but i had to use the account ten time a month or there would be a additional service charge. Recently after getting married decided we should combine accounts so I applied for a new account in Jan. After calling 9 times and being promised it was going through and expect something in 5 days and even recording the notes and having other customer dis-service folks there read it back to me and then tell me I am sorry but they lied to you. April 6th and NOPE not approved. I am shocked how hard it was to try so hard to give them my business but instead my wife will be closing her account and I will tell everyone to quickly DUMP Wells Fargo and their dishonest schemes and lies.
