October of 2016. I paid off my credit card then lost it.

When I got the replacement I noticed a charge for $200 that only was referred to as "charge", no other explanation. Then there was a $296 charge and I was told it was rollover fees from my card that was lost.. even though I know I paid it off. I was unable to access my credit card account from ATMs, online and mobile banking for 6 months.

$500 of a $600 limit for a card I hadnt used and i had employees calling daily for me to make a payment on something I hadnt used. It is now July of 2017 and I have spoken with over 20 employees and finally got my case bumped to corporate. I got a call and i was told that all reporting to credit agencies would stop and the charges including fees woud not be on there unti the case closed but the corporate case handler said that they needed more time to investigate. That was 4 months ago.

I STARTED paying down to get my credit back to good standing. The last payment I made, the account was at $200, i paid $100 and then thw account was at $300. Why did it go up? Fees.

For paying. Despite knowing I didnt make that charge in the first place.

I havent recieved any more info, no way of checking the status, no contact info, but every 2 weeks I keep getting charged interest and fees and now my account is way over drawn and I have no idea what to do now. Im a single mother going through divorce and trying to buy my home but have hit a dead end and am expected to pay for something I didnt do.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I have had the same thing happening to me, even after I started asking about everything changing after the past few big incidents with the company nationwide. Has anyone else not been able to see what happens for charges?

I have employees calling me all the time saying I have unpaid charges but I haven't used the card in months and paid it off in full when I stopped using it.

Someone point me in the right way! 770-826-****
