On 08/14/2018, I paid off my auto loan to Wells Fargo Dealer Services. not missing one payment in the four year period.

On 08/30/2018, I checked with Wells Fargo to make sure the check had posted, it was posted At the point I advised the rep that I wanted my account to remain open and to keep my file on record. The rep agreed. On 09/16/2018, I get an email from credit karma asking if I had authorized Wells Fargo Dealer Services to close my account? I had not.

Wells Fargo Dealer Servies has made a mistake and they need to resolve this issue now.

This is no way to treat an established customer. Last four of the account number 1247.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wells Fargo Auto Loan.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: open my account and keep it open for future purchases..

Wells Fargo Cons: Fact that my account was unauthorized closed, Dissapointed.
