I dont understand how wells fargo can allow their staff to treat people so terribly.I feel like everytime I talk to them I get in an argument...
And for what? Its my credit. If I am 5 days late making a payment I shouldnt be made to feel like I am on trial. I told the rep that I would make the payment online so that I wouldnt add an additional $10 to my already past due account and in so many words he said he didnt believe that I would make it and I might as well just pay the additional $10 over the phone.
It is just a horrible way to feel right before my own wedding.
I will be putting their number on ignor from now on.
