i been banking at wells fargo for about 3years now this is the worst customer service ever from a non professional,insecure teller and one of her service managers who never acknowledge me when called by the teller to speak to me instead he ask the teller what was going 0n in a very ghetto and non professional language for a bank and told her if she got it and if its all cool i felt that as a customer at this branch on stocker st and crenshaw you don't count u are just another number i really think this branch needs new management and maybe a few good teller like other branches I've been to after that kinda service i really wanna close my acct that my friend who currently works for wellsfargo opened.
