My son, who is 17, went to deposit his paycheck and $180 in cash at an ATM, the ATM took his check, and $, then basically told him it was no longer accepting deposits. You all have still not resolved this, and it happened a week ago.
Your customer service has been very difficult to get in touch with, and no one seems to care. We have asked for provisional credit, and have not gotten it. You could really put someone in jeopardy by taking their $, what if he was trying to cover a check for something, or keep his power bill on? Just a horrible way to treat a customer.
We have 6 accounts with you and have paid off a mortgage through your bank.
