It's as if they make it hard to launch a complaint. It reads call this number if you have a complaint but the number is back to the same people you just dealt with. They make it difficult.

I deal with customers all day long. I am not allowed to speak to customers the way Carmella spoke to me today.

User's recommendation: Tell her patience is a virtue. I can't get away with that behavior at work nor should she.

Just know that we all have bad days but we must stay patient and professional. She didn't say anything offensive but the impatience was notable. As if I didn't have the right to ask for clarification.

Money refund misplaced

Car Dealership Hyundai Napleton finally refunded GAP named $920.00 after 9 months of calls and nagging, but Wells Fargo placed it as Car loan paid 5 months ahead instead of Checking account. How can we make them do it right, why should we have 5-6 months monthly rate pay ahead of time.

Terrible customer service

Wells Fargo Website was not working to make my Mortgage Payment. I've enrolled online and created a user name and password. When prompt to log in, my account was inaccessible. Tried 3 more times and same outcome and had to call in. My customer service rep. did not speak proper english and I don't mean a foreigner. Slang spoken rep and did not understand a simple request. Argumentative customer rep name Greg. Please train this person to answer you phone and as a customer service rep, the service is terrible. Sadly, I didn't not choose Wells Fargo, my loan was bought out.

Stealing interest rates

i have a saving account that was paying me appr. $57.00 per month, now it pays 41cents per month. lets just call it like it is, Wells Fargo steals from its customers. i tried to call and was just fed a lot of ***

I'm negative 46 dollars because of a Paypal error. I will not pay it. NEVER EVER will I pay that. Nobody got any money and your telling me to pay it? Nope. I need this cleared up and I'm dropping you as my bank if it cannot be fixed. Called CS, told me I had to pay it....

LOL...The first thing that's going to happen is your account will be closed. You'll then show up in ChexSystems, no longer able to open a REAL account, relegated to Cash Apps, Rush Card, etc...

Horrible interest

Got same amount of money w/you and PNC and yet PNC gave me 2000 last year in interest and only got 200 from U guys? Thats HORRIBLE

Overdraft fee

I needed the full 35.00 dollar fee waived. I have been with Wells Fargo for many years. I would appreciate the full refund due to the concern not being my fault.

Deny a credit card

I have very good credit and a good score . I decided to apply for a credit card with wells fargo because it was offering 18 months free interest . I got deny . Be wise and do not take a hit on your credit applying for this card. You will regret .Online you will find that all you need is a credit score of 660, it is a lie . My credit score is over 100 points over that and I was deny.
