Back in Feb "2020 I filed a efile never submitted first second stimulus I never received, how ever , I filed turbo never submitted, I then filed h&;;;;;;;;r filed submitted the threw efike , it was rejected, so I was told to call turbo again-! Because it seems the irs had a filling number with the same social , now I received turbo threw pdf, a copy of tax return, with my wells Fargo account, Noone answers my call whats going on

JUST MORE PROBLEMS WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL HELP

My calls weren't returned, I refinanced the car and they took out a payment when car was paid off, I called three times and not one call returned. I am so happy i won't be dealing with them ever again.

I finally got in touch with customer service and was told a check was mailed out for the payment that was took out in error.

Waiting for over 450 to be returned is no fun at Christmas, if they could take it out of my bank account, why couldn't they put it back in.This is the worse company I have ever done business with, never had a problem before. I think they should get out of banking period.

I PUT OUT A COMPLAINT HERE AND THEY CALLED ME, AND DID NOTHING, THEY DIDN'T GO BACK AND REFIGURE THE INTEREST SAVINGS I SHOULD HAVE HAD, EXCEPT THEY SAID THEY DID AND I GOT ONE PENNY DIFFERENCE AFTER MONTHS OF PAYING 50 TO 100 MORE BUCKS. SO I AM GOING TO PAY THEM OFF AND GET RID OF THE CROOKS YOU SHOULD TO, THERE IS NO HELP WITH THESE PEOPLE EXCEPT RIPPING YOU OFF AS A CUSTOMER.

After waiting 10 minutes, agent hung up on me due to "static".

I had to listen to awful music, while waiting for an agent. The auto system was terrible, each time I would try and give my acct number, the phone would cut out. When the agent came on the phone, she said she couldn't hear me due to "static"! So frustrating, as I could hear her. I asked if she could call me back and her answer was NO, she couldn't do that! I was calling them to quit taking accounts from my "bill pay" and hide them. They screwed me up one month as they removed two accounts that I pay every month, and put them into the "hidden payees"! I was calling them to quit messing with my payees. I am considering dumping Wells Fargo right now. So infuriating!

ZELLE TRANSFER REFUND some hacked me

Also did small transactions with Apple Pay for small amounts of money from my account to another one I noticed today at like 11 because I wanted to see how much money I had to save

They did this without me

Wells Fargo Bank in a returning my money for a scandal they did to many people ad CPI to auto loan . The appointment was canceled with wells Fargo 48 hours in advance. They did this without hearing even my side. How is that possible. Then Wells Fargo didn't even give them all my evidence and tried to say they never got it when I have a email or 2 of them saying they got the paper work. ONT USED

Lost card

Its upsets me that there is no longer a temporary card that you could receive from bank. I lost my card and have to wait 5-7 days to obtain a new one

Wire Transfer service fee

I am writing regarding the $45.00 wire transfer fee I was charged on 10/20/21, which I feel should not have been charged to my account. There is a statement that the Fees may be waived if funded from an eligible account type. I feel in my case, the business I have done with the Bank over my 44 years as a customer should be an important consideration for classifying my accountant, as an eligible account type and this fee waived. Worst customer service ever. This bank needs to be shut down

I sat on hold for hours for the past 3 days waiting to speak to loss prevention. They put a hold on my check and closed my account. Due to my last previous account. I had lost my debit card and someone had deposit a 3700 fraud check into my account. When I found out about it I filed a police report right away about it. Now Wells Fargo is refusing to let me bank with them.

They think you were involved in the 3700. incident but can't prove it.

They don't have to deal with anyone they choose.

Forget it. Get a new bank and be more careful with your debit card.
