Account termination

I was the victim of fraud while trying to get a loan. The loan company deposited money into my account, then I was instructed to give the money back through a third party. By the time i realized what happened, they ask for a return on their deposit. The bank gave the bad guys their refund and told me i was responsible because I gave up my info willingly. The treated me like i was the perpetrator, and they closed my account after 25 years, and the lay I spoke to was extremely ruse and unsympathetic to my plyte. I will never use a Wells Fargo product ever again. After 25 years, they didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt and kicked me to the curb. I'm blown away how they can treat a customer like after 25 years. Shame on you Wells Fargo, shame.

Credit card customer service doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Finally asked nicely to be transferred to someone else, only to be transferred to the wrong department. Then the next representative has volume too low and when asked to please turn it up a little, will immediately cut you off! Had to talk to four representatives just to review charges for fraud. American Express is much, much better!!!

Wells Fargo is keeping me from logging into my credit card account

I heard the balance of my credit card and it sounds like there are unauthorized charges on my accredit card, and I forgot my log in information, well Wells Fargo customer service and supervisor are not helping me to login to review charges and to make a payment which was due on the 28th of this month.

Your on line banking and your on line customer service sucks.

your on line banking and your on line customer service sucks.for two hours I been trying to login to my account but no luck. not sure why my account got locked in first place.following your on line instruction to reset the PWproduces no result, calling your support team did not not help to login to ny account. I am about to close my account with Wells Fargoonon.

Misinformation from customer service

I noticed my account was over drafted and saw that there was a duplicate payment on my account from a vendor (pending transaction). I asked them what to do and told them I needed the money right away. They told me to make a claim of duplicate payment. They advised that I would not have money in the account that day but to call claims the following morning once it had posted and they would issue a credit to my account right away. I asked them to reiterate that I would get the funds back the next day. They said yes. I called the next morning (Saturday) to find out that they will put credit on but it will take 1-2 business days to get funds. I called again to see if I would be told yet a third story and was given the same answer but they also stated to keep an eye, it "may come" before that time. I then asked for a supervisor as I wanted to confirm what information was correct.I did speak to a person from Senior Escalation Dept who advised that what the third person told me was true, that it could take 1-2 business days. Now I am without money for Easter and the next few days.

Over abundance of miscommunication

Is it not funny (definitely not haha) to Wells Fargo customers that the customer service department and the many offshoots associated are never on the same page or speaking the same language. Customers for 20 years can have an issue but the resolution results in what is a HUGE SNAFU!!!
