I went wells Fargo branch to withdrawal some money from account get the money from my account while I was at the wells Fargo branch i wrote two checks that had authorization user on my boyfriend chase account and I deposit them into my wells Fargo not even couple hours i get called wells Fargo saying that the check was counterfeit and fraud so I had the rep but through to executive rep and I told the rep that this unacceptable that yall would consider 4 check that are not vaild so they called my boyfriend told well Fargo that he would take care of it so this morning I received email from wells Fargo saying that deposit funds are on hold I feel like well Fargo is treat me like a criminal which im not they need to be investigated

You should file a complaint with the governing Regulatory committee. I think they are governed by the Comptroller of the currency.

https://www.helpwithmybank.gov/ You will get a call from the Corporate office that will make these issues go away within minutes. We the people do have a voice...

Got paperwork in mail. I threw it out. Now I appeared to be signed up for nine yards of *** I didn't want or ask for.

I need to find a decent bank. Does one exist ?

Same sorry Customer service I received. Months to make a decision.

Finally, asked for a short sale. Two weeks later said they did not have enough time and I had to call off potential purchasers as they were foreclosing. No help from Fannie the owner of the loan.

Jonathan Katz is a liar. Do not deal with him or Amt Wachter his supervisor.
