Wells Fargo - PurchaseShield placed a high pressure sales call to my daughter regarding a warrenty extention plan.
A PurchaseShield360 representative called my teenage daughter to sell her a plan. She said no thank you many times, explained she didn't own any major appliances, didn't have the income to make the large purchases they covered and didn't want the plan. She was badgered finally to the point where she gave in. It took three months to get the plan cancelled and the money back. Continuing to pressure a teenager who has repeatedly said "NO" should be a crime.
Her unfortunate lesson-Being nice can sometimes be costly. Go ahead and hang up on someone if they can't take a hint.
My recommendation - Hang up on the PuchaseShield360 Representative before they get you too!
