I noticed a charge of $10.99 while online checking. During a further search, I reviewed statements in the archives to learn this charge was "authorized" by Wells Fargo since 2011.

I may have called in the past for a $14.99 charge which was conveniently changed to $10.99 and the transactions continued. Upon contacting the bank, one representative opened a claim and deactivated my debit card. Realizing that couldn't solve the problem, I called bank.

The next representative blocked the transaction number and dollar amount. I am now inquiring as to how to retrieve my money and for someone to be accountable from a banking institution that I have trusted for many years.
