Pissed hard working Wells Fargo customer
I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years. I opened a credit card with a business partner in 2006.
After we closed the business, she ran up the card (I am guarantor). In 2007 she ran up the card after business closed - I was notified by Wells Fargo and brought account up to date. I was notified recently that the account has not been paid in 4 months. I was not allowed to bring up to date.
They would not send me statements or histories. They were calling the note and refused to work with me. I was willng to bring account up to date, but they rudely refused. I have never been treated this way.
I have always paid my debt and although this was improper debt created by former partner, I was willing to bring up to date. Wells Fargo refused. They were rude and uncooperative.
They deducted the entire 8943.03 from personal account, unauthorized by us. I am in process of hiring legal advice, and telling everyone - DO NOT DEAL WITH WELLS FARGO - THEY ARE IMMORAL CROOKS THAT HAVE MADE BAD BUSINESS DEALS AND TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY FROM ANYONE THEY CAN.
