I do online banking with Wells fargo. They locked me out of my savings account because they said there were no transactions since January.

I called customer service and spoke with a rep who was less than informed. I requested to speak with a supervisor. I was unlucky to get "Annette". Another example of rudeness and surliness on behalf of Wells Fargo employees.

When I requested to know why this lockout was a policy of WF, she declined to respond to my query in a coherent and intelligible sentence. I do not write complaints but this needs to be addressed as WF continues to fail it's customers in so many ways.

The bank tellers are very polite but that is all they have going. Customer service is a disgrace with employees who are incompetent.
