I've been a member of Wells Fargo for several years.Recently I signed up for the online banking and mobile app.

I enrolled and everything went fine, until a couple of days ago I got an email that stated "Your account is no longer linked to Online Banking" What the ***? I went through all the loops and answered all their questions, and now "Your account is no longer linked to Online Banking"? Why have online banking when you can't have access to it when you need to. I wanted to be able to check my balances on my computer and now, I am not allowed?

I'm not allowed to know what my balances are?

It makes me wonder what they are doing with my account that I'm not allowed to see?I am seriously considering moving my business to more friendly online presence.

Did you contact them? Best to not complain until you have contacted the bank and determined the reason for their actions. "Haste makes waste."
