Opened a new checking account after having a mortgage and credit card with wells fargo for over 4 years. Four days after opening the account, recieved an email stating my checking account would be closed due to "a business decision to end the banking relationship".

Tried calling the loss prevention department only to be told that a risk analysis was failed, and the agent did not disclose the reason, just that the account would not be mutually beneficial. Talked to several people and got no where, the next day received notification that they will also be closing my credit card. Still no one is able to provide why my account has been declined.

Credit scores are in the mid 700s, no bad marks on the credit. Payment history is perfect, only thing I've gone over credit limit twice in the four years I have had the credit card, but paid it off immediately.
