New ReviewerI ordered a computer online from Walmart I received it on August 14, 2021, and it did not work, so I took it to Walmart in Albany, Ga, they advised me they only contract to sell computers for Microsoft, but they do not take their returns they advised me I would have to call Microsoft and get a return label and return it to them which I did, I called and was told by the telephone receptionist she could not send me the label, but she would have someone call me in 24 to 48 hours, after a week I did not received a call, so I called back and was given the same message but still no call, I also wrote several message on their website but to no avail, so I call Wells Fargo and explained to the banker what the situation was and ask if I could reverse the payment in hopes that perhaps they would send me a return label for the computer I explained that for several months I have made several attempts to reach the company but no response from them, she asked me when the computer was ordered and received I could only tell her the date I received it, but I couldn't remember the exact order date, once you release an order online you can't pull it back up but since I order on a regular basis they usually have a turn around time within five days I asked her to look at my account and the date should be there when the money was taken out of my account, the computer was $185.00 plus tax no shipping, I had another item in the order which made the entire order $225.00 which was taken out of my account. What I told her is exactly what happen but because I could not remember the order date she refused to believe me and refused my claim she said I did not furnish enough information, is this a bank policy the clerks decide if they feel you are truthful or not?
I am a retired senior on a fixed income, but I don't have to lie about my transactions the majority of my business for the past year have been online because of underline health issues that is why I have put forth so much effort to get them to replace the computer, it is a part of my daily survival efforts.
This has been going on since August 2021.
