All I want to do is call in and make the payment of auto loan which is held by Wells Fargo bank. The call in center for loans and credit card has got to be one of the worst ever!
Never able to call in, key or say what is being asked and get a positive response first time. Have complained to many customer service people with apologies but after months, clearly the bank doesn’t wish to address a problem. I can’t be the only one having issues. This is why I closed my checking acct years ago.
Have issue, complain even to bank branch mgr and no resolution! Will pay off auto loan and close credit card and take my inmonumental business where the frustration of trying to even simple transactions isn’t so disturbing to perform.
