I was laid off last year and had to live off my 401k. Once my money dwindled to very little, Wells Fargo sent what was left of my 401k to another company I've never heard of named FPS far away.
FPS stated Wells fargo was suppose to notify me before sending them my money and/or give me an option to withdraw from them. I've been trying to get my money from FPS for over 2 weeks now and not able to get it from them. It's really sad I had to call Wells Fargo with a general question to find out what they did. I talked to a supervisor who was very rude and wouldn't give me a telephone number to complain to or corporate.
He genuinly couldn't have care less from his tone of voice.
I will never deal with Wells Fargo again. I wish something could be done about this.
