Have a business account, wrote a check to our mechanic , they wouldn't cash it for him , they said owner of account needs to be present , or sign the back of check. We sign the back of the check , and they still wouldn't cash it , my mechanic calls me from the bank telling me , I spoke to the branch manager while he was standing there and when I was done talking she threw his phone at him , still wouldn't cash the check.
I called and told her that's unacceptable, and she tells me she will no longer work with me because I'm the rude one . This is just one percent of our problems with them.
