My wallet was stolen Saturday and Wells Fargo has been no help. Someone actually went into my bank and took out a large sum of money for themselves.

How is that possible if they have the best “security,” and they can’t even tell me which bank made the check. They haven’t given me any information and refuse to help me.

I have no new debit card and no money. Thanks for leaving your long time customer stranded Wells Fargo.

And you've done nothing but call. Ineffective at best, pointless most likely, silly at worst. Meanwhile, time is passing and your window of opportunity is shrinking rapidly.
