Wells Fargo - Employee benefits
My mother was an employee of Wells Fargo who has passed away. I have on three occasions sent in affidavits to retrieve her insurance benefits which are notarized and have not received a response in a reasonable amount of time.
I have tried to contact the benefits office by phone however your phone system is too complicated to navigate and I cannot get through to that department. Can somebody please contact me from your bank to discuss this matter. My name is John Nolen. My mothers name is Frances C Nolen.
