If you are considering a mortgage with Wells Fargo in NJ I'd like to recommend that you do not do business with a Mr Daniel Murphy.
He is slack - doesn't respond and does not follow through with his promises and commitments. Beware.
I don't know if this is a common issue with all Wells Fargo employees but I have interacted with 3 people in Mr Murphy's office including a Ms Robyn Mondello and their boss Mr Dino.
They cannot even be bothered to answer calls for months and have not completed our mortgage refinance since 7 months even after repeated follow ups - calls, emails etc from us.
