Worst bank ever. Too much bureaucracy, as if you are in the worst government place in such a poor country.

They treat customers terribly. They do not offer cashier checks or card replacements. There is no courtesy to sit down with the customer for necessary services.

There is no customer service or any initiative taken when calling the customer center. It is truly the worst-known bank in America.

My complaint was not, connected to the live agent , he gave very helpful advice and even stated too me what should be done at any branch of the establishment but when dealing with a particular uninterested Manger of a branch located in Sacramento I must say she has no apparent customer support skills
