Fraud

Wells Fargo has zelle set up but will not reimburse for fraud. I thought since it was linked to Wells Fargo. It was reputable. It is not. Do not use zelle for any transactions. Wells Fargo will not do anything for fraudulent purchases.

Hello, I am currently a victim of a scam. I have reached out to the Elliott advocacy team at https://www.elliott.org/.

I would defiantly fight this.

We have to find a way to fight these scammers. It is a shame that a bank that we trusted that would support and protect is not not helping.

Lack of co operation/service

I have requested that my branch provide me with some rolls of Silver Dollars. (Not Sacagawea, not Susan B Anthony) But the real large size ones. I have been getting these for years to give to children for Christmas. Me branch tells me they can't order these. I am in need of 100 of these silver dollars. Can my local branch help me out? Can a bank the size of Wells Fargo not help a customer?

Cannot log on in

Hi. My iMessage is down, so I've been trying to log on via your emailing me code as requestedfor TWO DAYS! What is going on?? I have stuck with you through your many MANY problems, but I think now is the time even I have quit you.

I am trying to speak to someone in customer service and cannot get to speak to anyone. I get told the next available banker will be 30 minutes and after fifteen minutes waiting it is still 30 minutes.

This is an international call from Ireland and waiting on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour is not an option. While trying to verify my account a pop up appeared and while trying to get it off the screen the next thing is I am told I have changed my account from mail and on line to online only and there is no way to reverse this. Can I please have an email address for customer service or a call back to 011353****57487 so I can resolve this issue. The previous survey number is 20759****

Terrible bank

I have been a customer for about 20 years. The lobby to my branch is never open and only 1 lane in the drive through. This is Albany Oregon. I call the branch and they do not even answer the phone.

Chek olding

Yesterday I had my little tank and today they stopped me. It is not fair that I can do about it. I have too many difficulties about this. Also last week, I do not understand why? able com costumer cervice and they treated me very badly I was explaining my reason and I preferred to hang up the call is a lack of respect I have to tire my account for this and see where I can get another

Banking error

The machine wouldnt let me get the customer service I needed or even talk to someone.very very frustrating.

My bank error fixed please

Can't get my information corrected

I have gone to my local Wells Fargo branch twice to get my SS number corrected, they entered it wrong and other info. They have still not corrected the information and I have problems every time when I want cash back. Now they want me to come in for the third time to correct this. I have had it, I think it's time to switch to a different bank.

No problems with Wells Fargo. I have been a customer since 1996.. this is a great bank.

I have no complaints. Great bank. I have been a customer since 1996. Only problem is that you have no bank location outside of Chicago, which is over 2 hours from where I live This makes it very difficult to meet my needs.

Wells Fargo - Credit report states I owe $0 on a $0 balance card over due
So, I have reached out to Wells Fargo now several times to ask why I have a negative report on my Credit Report of OWING ZERO DOLLARS ON A ZERO BALANCE CREDIT CARD!!!!! No one can remove this... hmmmm!

Still waiting to hear from them

Extra funds for principal not going toward principal nor saving me funds on interest. Called them, and was told problem fixed and never has been corrected

Mortgage

We were expecting a third check so that we can pay off our house mortgage. And we have called the mortgage company and they said to call your organization and so far were not getting anywhere Im just hoping you can help me regarding the money we have received already as well as what we can expect for future payments no This is this has been very frustrating for us and were not sure what to do at this point Ive called the mortgage company but theyre telling us to call your organization Im hoping you can help

I hope broken trust goes to your dentist. Your dentist is paid a commission for every people they get to sign up for these things. Lesson Learned-If you have cash, pay cash.
