Who cares what your friend's bank account says. What you need to pay attention to is when did the check actually POST to your account.

Something else you needed to pay attention to(too late now) is that the bank can hold a check for up to 10 business days. This is a thing with nearly every bank for the past forever. It's YOUR fault you made payments based on money that WASN'T in your account when you did it. If you want someone to blame, look into the mirror.

Banks love idiots like you who practically GIVE them money by being stupid. This is why basic finance should be mandatory in this nation.

Do you have a WF Card? If Yes-It's probably a scam If No-It's a scam Please don't tell me you clicked anything in that email.

If so, you may have an infected computer. Sooner or later, you'll get something from your bank.

Wells Fargo - Online banking

Yes I had an online banking application done online was approved for it then it is now pending and they are saying that I need to verify my identity by having a passport i d mailing address as well as an ID no worries in the in yours deal online does it stipulate that I have to have a current ID passport birth certificate or anything like that as far as V online goals or in person until I go in person to a local branch they say I need a current driver's license no worries in y'all's deal does it say that I have to have all that information that had to be current why now

User's recommendation: My recommendation is when somebody's doing online until the person get current they should be able to open account no matter what.

Actually, yes they are "discriminating" in their acceptance of new customers to whom they extend credit and you do not meet their requirements. If you were to apply for a job as a neurologist at Mayo Clinic and your qualifications did not meet their requirements, then they would "discriminate" against you and decline to accept you on staff.

This is not rocket science.

If you do not like their requirements, then go elsewhere. Now you know.

"no refunds at all in the fine print" Case Closed....There is no such thing as fine print. What you have is someone who didn't bother to read the terms before conducting business.

I'm sure you went in there as you did here, didn't bother to read/understand(did you read these terms before posting) and just went on with your day. Well the party's over. You lost your appeal. Your beef shouldn't be with the bank.

It really shouldn't be with the hotel. You are to blame. Your problem is businesses don't care if you pad out complaints with irrelevant facts like SSI checks or chilling at your girl's place. They examine the facts and make a judgment.

On the upside, your post will encourage people to read and understand what they sign or walk away. "You must work for them."

worst mortgage lenders of ALL TIME. I was promised a 30 day close and i'm almost on day 60 with no closing date in sight. I am working with Len Shultz and Nicholas Cortese out of Deerfield, IL. I asked for a supervisors contact information and they are refusing it. I have had numerous closing dates and the night before the closing date I get a call that more information is needed. And its usually information I've sent in WEEKS prior. I am going to be homeless next week, but does wells fargo care? Absolutely not :)

I called Wells Fargo to apply for a loan. I was passed to a sales person Liz Simsek. Liz insisted I just apply on line and refused to meet in person to explain the process. Liz actually made a comment being it is Friday afternoon she wanted to leave early. Liz kept pressing for email and again refused to meet, this is my first home and I wanted a little guidance. Having a Wells Fargo account for home projects for almost a year and a half and making payments the same time every month, I get my bill for March and they claim I was late charging me a late fee. I explained to them my payment is taken from my checking before due date an is post marked the day before. The rude employee told me I should just send the payment earlier. I explained I use my pension the 1st of ever month to pay. I was told to bad, it was problem an they would not remove late fee.

Wells Fargo - Mostly suck, loved the Escrow Buy Down service, now cancelled

For years I used the Escrow Buy Down service Wells Fargo provided to really help budgeting so that I knew my mortgage payment would always be the same. It didn't cost Wells Fargo ANYTHING to provide this to their customers, but now I have to re-budget every year to ensure I can pay for food and medication every month not knowing what my "new" payment will be. With the Escrow Buy Down, I would put just a little extra aside to ensure when my Escrow Analysis was done, I could send back in the escrow balance I was sent, and Voilà, my payment remained the exact same. DAMN Wells Fargo for taking this away. I'm already looking for another Mortgage provider.

NO. NEVER. I would trust junkies, and bad cops before Wells Fargo

They took out 28 fake refi loans against my already paid for home, forged my signature 28 times in 28 different states I have never been to, approx. 1.1 million total against me by doing what they do best, LYING, CHEATING, STEALING putting me in sudden foreclosure on my home that was paid years back. So now I am a grandma and homeless and this is there customer service answer, "you should have been more diligent and checked the title to your house". I did not know that banking with wells Fargo required checking my title on my paid home EVERY SINGLE DAY. They are a bunch of used rejected human wannabes on a GREEDY feeding frenzy dubbed: The mausoleum of Spineless shells.

when i reported fraud i was informed all was well. two weeks later 10 business days i went in again and was informed some mistakes were made but it had been straighten out. two weeks later 10 business days i went back and was informed they needed more information . it took me a week to round all information up at which point i was informed i needed to close all account and open new accounts that this would resolve all issues. i deposited funds into the new account which were immediately applied to the closed fraudulent accounts essentially stealing my funds. this is just plain a dishonest bank
