Follow up on a claim

I reported a unauthorized charge on my debit card this am. Almost $700.00its being investigated & could take up to 10 days!!! I take EVERY precaution to protect my card this is the 4th time Ive had unauthorized chargesdo I need to change banks to keep my information & money safe???

User's recommendation: Watch your account activity DAILY….unauthorized charges on 4 different cards??? Lots of luck!!!

No help

Giving me the run around to find out if they sent my taxes back and they were rude and very short but I talk to someone Saturday and they were very polite and tried but to call back Monday morning and now that I did they could help, when I know that they can because she was able to connect me to the write person

Employee benefits

My mother was an employee of Wells Fargo who has passed away. I have on three occasions sent in affidavits to retrieve her insurance benefits which are notarized and have not received a response in a reasonable amount of time. I have tried to contact the benefits office by phone however your phone system is too complicated to navigate and I cannot get through to that department. Can somebody please contact me from your bank to discuss this matter. My name is John Nolen. My mothers name is Frances C Nolen. My phone number is 6174 06****. I live at 2 Hancock St., Apt. 616, Quincy, MA 02171. I would appreciate a call from somebody to assist me with this ongoing issue.

0. Stars they have to be the biggest crooks in the business. They just kept adding fees When you ask they just give you the run around and wont explain the fees. They are just thieves. Do yourself a favor and dont even go close to a Wells Fargo bank. They lie to you everyone tells you some thing different

Extremely unhappy that I cannot link my line of credit to overdraft protection. This is terrible customer service.

See above!!! I have been a customer since 1995. Using the overdraft protection was important to me. I do not want to risk being short in my checking account when traveling. Just this week, I had my first uncovered overdraft which could have been avoided if I could use my line if credit. I travel a lot and do not want to have to watch my checking account so closely, I have an excellent credit rating and would like to be treated as a good customer.

i need to talk to an agent and i was hung up on i desperately want to buy my moms house and no one will talk to me

Lady was scripted and not helpful she just was not listening. Regular Wells Fargo phone support is wonderful. Hope this is not a permanent issue

ATM issue

I used an ATM located at 1830 East Washington Blvd. in Pasadena 91104. I withdrew 150 but the machine gave me all $50 bills that transaction number was 9402 so then I withdrew $100 and again I received $50 bills that transaction number was 9403. I went into the branch and asked if they could exchange the 50s for 20s And was told because I do not have an account they could not do that. There was no indication that the machine was only giving out $50 bills and I paid the service fee twice totaling six dollars because I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. The manager was very rude, dismissive, would not look at my receipts, and I was turned away. When you pay to use a service there should be a resolve when there is an issue. User's recommendation: Stay away from that branch.

Very poor customer service

I bank with Wells Fargo. While visiting Costa Rica I lost my debit card and in less than an hour they issued me a new card set up on digital wallet because receiving a new card in the mail is very slow. I then experienced some iphone issues so my phone had to be reset which inactivated my digital wallet. I called the bank and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to verify I still have the same phone number and then remove the block on my digital card. I explained I was in another country with no access to my money they just kept saying it is policy. I pleaded for some faster help with no avail. I hope they sleep well at night knowing their policy left me hungry on the streets in a foreign country for 5 days! That is just so wrong! User's recommendation: choose another bank

ummm - you had issues, their security was there to protect you but you're upset with them because you had issues (that they had nothing to do with).....hope the streets were warm at least
