Wells Fargo to away the customers ability to access their accounts by removing the ability to view them on the card ID machine located in front of the tellers. This added so much time interfacing with the tellers to review and print account balancers rather that seeing them at a glance.
Well Fargo put them back in, same as the ATM located outside the building. They have the technology wells fargo refuses to use it for their benefit not the customers. Additionally the well fargo located at the Tri-City shopping center in largo is the WORST managed wells fargo in Pinellas County. A few Fridays ago at 3:00pm there was 9 people standing in the teller line with only one teller.
They had 3 bankers sitting in the offices and had another teller counting dollar bills next to the one operating teller. Not one banker or another teller helped.
Needless to say we were in line over an hour. Wells Fargo is the worst bank in Pinellas county.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
