I had a very poor experience with the claims assistance center which did nothing to review my claim on a merchant processing error. They immediately denied my claim without any review.
Use American Express as I will going forward because of their dramatically different customer service and their willingness to error on the side of their clients and work with their customers when a merchant has made an error. I will be using American Express going forward on all important purchases and because their client service is much better.
Having had experiences with both claims processing centers, there is absolutely no comparison. Hands down American Express wins.
