I do not have an acct w/Wells Fargo nor have I ever had an acct w/them. I received a voice mail from WF giving me a phone # to call back along w/a reference #.

I called no one would tell me anything, they kept putting me on hold and transferring me. They say the division I called was loss prevention and transferred me to Internet Fraud, they wanted to open a claim and wanted me to give them all my information and ask me questions but they would not answer any of my questions. I still don't know what is going on, I don't know if an acct was opened in my name they wouldn't tell me. I eventually hung up because I was getting so mad.

They can ask me all kinds of questions but they can't answer any of mine?? Screw Wells Fargo, your company needs to change the way it does business!
