I have had my account Frozen three times in the last year.first time they sent me a new card and I never received it so after a while they just froze my account.the second time I bought a item on line and they suspended my account never got a call on either issue.this time got a new card again , activated it and it won't accept my pin so now I have to go there in person.i am disabled can't walk and don't drive,so I have to find someone willing to spend half a day taking me to the bank.this is their mistake why don't they pick me up and take me home? So tomorrow I will change banks and never do business with them again.if you like to be treated like crap go to Wells Fargo
