My bank account has been negative 4000 since October 25th. A teller at one of their branches cashed a fraudulent check written out to me against my account???
I filed a claim at the branch on October 27th (had to do it at the branch because their customer service does not comprehend what you're saying to them). I was told 10 days for the investigation. I have no received any communication from them unless it's me calling them, until this morning when they called asking for their money. When they were told that their was an open claim, they said they don't see a claim.
I then spoke to someone else who said she sees it but it's been closed as resolved. She transferred me to someone else to give the resolution information which she could not find so then transferred me to ANOTHER person who said my claim was still open and has been since October 31st. I corrected him and said the 27th and he said no, the 31st. So they closed my open claim, opened a new one and want me to wait another 10 days for a resolution.
I also told him I had information to give to the investigator and he said "if he has an questions or requires additional information he will call you".
What?? If you ever need to call wells fargo customer service expect it to be atleast 45 minutes with multiple transfers because it seems that nobody there is on the same page

I have been a member since 1999 til 2021 and this is how they treat people who fall on hard times. Covid happen and my account got high jack, they deposit 10,000+ into my account, I Caught it about 3 days after it happen.
So they closed that account and transferred everything to the new account number. Ok kool they stopped the funds, but it didn't matter because if they follow me and took everything out of all of my account and left me with nothing, I have two kids and if it wasn't for my kid's food stamp we would have not anything to eat and my job laid me off so i had no income and my last four check got put in a close d account that they shouldn't hasver never been able to go it the account they just close

- Hard to understand the operator
- Fraud investigation department is useless

My mother was an employee of Wells Fargo who has passed away. I have on three occasions sent in affidavits to retrieve her insurance benefits which are notarized and have not received a response in a reasonable amount of time.
I have tried to contact the benefits office by phone however your phone system is too complicated to navigate and I cannot get through to that department. Can somebody please contact me from your bank to discuss this matter. My name is John Nolen. My mothers name is Frances C Nolen.

i would file a complaint with the state attorney general office, and also with the fdic not sure your discrimination claim is valid
